In February, as WND reported, a veteran funeral director in Alabama, Richard Hirschman, said he and more than a dozen colleagues in the industry had been noticing the clots.
Now, the Epoch Times, which has spoken to others who are observing the same phenomena, reports preliminary research suggests the clots are produced by spike proteins in the body. And some believe there could be a relationship with COVID-19 and/or the COVID-19 vaccines.

The clots are said to be white, fibrous, and rubbery and can be the size of a grain of sand or as long as a human leg. They can be as thick as a pinky finger. One embalmer claimed they can be “nearly the strength of steel.” Embalmers across the nation are contending that these clots are not normal.
Some bodies have so many clots that the embalmers are forced to drain blood from several points instead of just one. The embalming process takes roughly two hours but can take four hours if the bodies have a lot of clotting.

Wade Hamilton, a cardiologist who is familiar with clots, told The Epoch Times: “The fact that the magnesium, potassium, and iron are very low in the samples could suggest that they are not the usual post-mortem clots, that in fact there was no blood flow in these vessels. These structures raise but do not totally answer some interesting questions.”
“The combination of the low electrolytes and the novel very strong string-like structures suggests that these areas where the string-like structures are seen in the blood vessels did not receive circulation. They are not ‘normal’ post-mortem findings according to experienced embalmers bent on obtaining total body vascular access from one site, which because of the unusual ‘clots,’ they were unable to do,” he added.
“They are not normal post-mortem clots but rather the long tiny strings may have been etiologic in the deaths, preventing circulation to those regions. The report explains that Mike Adams, who runs an ISO-17025 accredited lab in Texas, ran an analysis on the clots in August and found they lack iron, potassium, magnesium, and zinc.
The ET explains, “Adams’s lab uses inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, usually testing food for metals, pesticides, and glyphosate.”
“We have tested one of the clots from embalmer Richard Hirschman, via ICP-MS. Also tested side by side, live human blood from an unvaccinated person,” Adams said.
He discovered that the clots are lacking key elements that are typically present in healthy human blood such as the above-mentioned minerals. This suggested to Adams that the clots are being formed by something other than blood.

Before a corpse can be embalmed, the blood must be drained. When the blood is not draining properly, clots may have to be removed. The clots on this page were removed during the process of draining blood prior to embalming. Usually, blood clots are only found in the veins, but Richard Hirschman has found some of these new types of clots in the arteries as well. About half of the corpses that Richard Hirschman has embalmed recently, at the time of his first interview, have these types of clots. In an interview in May of 2022, Richard Hirschman said that these clots were seen in nearly all corpses.
Please keep in mind that Richard Hirschman is not a scientist, and he has not been “doing the math.” His job is simply to embalm bodies, and so it is not expected that he would exercise the same rigors of record keeping as a research scientist or doctor.
